Osteopathy is a gentle form of manual therapy that can help restore function in case of musculo-skeletal issues.
It has helped me in the past and inspired me to retrain to become an osteopath in order to be of assistance to others in their path to better health.
I am available for osteopathic or sports massage consultations in Wimbledon (West London) and Ewell (Epsom).

The clinic has now re-opened
with updated procedures in order to keep people as safe as possible.
The clinic is clean thoroughly daily with disinfectant. The treatment room is clean between each patient.
Your therapist will wear a mask, gloves and changes overall between each patient.
Please arrive for the time of the appointment and not before as there is no waiting room at the moment.
On arrival, you will be asked to confirm that you or people in your household/bubble are not suffering from COVID-19 related symptoms. Your temperature will be taken using a remote device.
Just like you therapist, you are asked to wear a mask for the duration of your stay at the HealthZone.
